Provides clients with any answers that they may have with regards to the Aladdin Accounting portion of Aladdin Software. Works with technical and non technical teams internally to quickly solve any software problems that may arrive. Uses SQL to update and correct data across the platform. Communicates with large enterprise clients on a daily basis, helping them get the most out of the software. Assist with implementation of Aladdin software with new clients and with integration of new software features. Consults with numerous teams across the company to ensure that software is maximizing its potential. Raises then tracks JIRAs and AHAs that are requested by clients. Regularly speaks with users of software to understand issues they are facing. ▪ Handles four client inquiries per day regarding Aladdin software. ▪ Initiates three software releases a week.
Prospected clients from list sent from account executives or my own research. Used Outreach to cold call, and cold email list of clients developed from salesforce. Weekly goal was to set up meetings for account executives and sales engineers. Held conversations with product managers, data engineers, and data scientists about a potential use case for a real time database application. ▪ Contacted minimum 100 prospects a day ▪ Had set two meetings per week Achieved 100% of quota in Q4, and 140% of quota in Q1
