I’m a UX researcher with experience in B2B and B2C e-commerce, online retail space, and the healthcare space, including working at Target and Aya Healthcare. As a researcher, I enjoy collaborating with PMs, designers, engineers, marketing teams, and data scientists to gain a full picture of the landscape of the products I work on and to influence the product development process. Some of my favorite methods to use are: usability testing, interviews, diary studies, surveys, and field studies.
