Hello, my name is Fred Kressaty, and I am an experienced coaching professional. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, families, and professionals that want to feel empowered and make significant life changes. My goal is to help people get “unstuck” from negative ideas by teaching them how to successfully react to life’s challenges while remaining true to their ideals. I believe that everyone deserves to live more conscious, purposeful, happy, and happy lives. I hold a master’s degree in marriage and family counseling from Liberty University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from St. Francis College.
